To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an accurate and truthful medical questionnaire before any treatment is considered.
Certain medical conditions, medications, or circumstances may make you ineligible for weight loss treatment. Our prescribing pharmacist or clinician will assess your suitability on an individual basis. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment where it is deemed clinically inappropriate.
By submitting your consultation form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate termination of your treatment.
All prescription medications supplied by Pharmacy Weight Loss Castle Douglas are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified, registered prescriber. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without an appropriate valid prescription.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescriber. A prescription does not guarantee continued supply in future orders; each order is independently assessed.

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Orders are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to protect your privacy.
Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are unable to dispatch to PO boxes. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather or carrier delays. We will endeavour to notify you of any significant delays.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for cancelled pre-dispatch orders will be processed within 14 days.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK medicines regulations and for safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
